Join us to celebrate Winter in the Village on the 25th and 26th of July, where you can experience the splendour of Bright during the winter season. Soak up the atmosphere that a small village offers over the 2-day event with intimate shopping experience, string-lit streets, food vendors, live music, fire pits and lots of fun activities for the family. Don’t forget to wear your best Christmas jumper or outfit! Santa will visit both nights for photos and a best dress prize on Saturday night.

What's happening Friday Night!
Barnard Street will be alive with late night shopping starting from 5pm. The street will be illuminated with string lights, and the local choir will perform Christmas carols. Santa will be opening up our festival at the fabulous Christmas shop ‘Making Spirits Bright’ and will be available for photos with families of all ages.
There will be paper-plane competition and VIP shopping night with fashion shows and prizes.
With food and drinks available including hot chocolate and mulled wine, there will be plenty to keep the family of all ages entertained.
Come down and enjoy the first night of our Winter in the Village.
What's happening Saturday Night!
From 4:30pm make you way to the front of the Alpine Hotel and Mafeking Square for a winter experience with the area and gardens illuminated to enjoy

Wear your best Christmas jumper or winter outfit and take a selfie in our photo station. We also have a secret judge that will announce the winner of the best dressed for the night.

The Alpine Hotel will be open and serving their full menu so if you want to be inside, be sure to make a booking.
