Activities & Attractions
Tours of the area available from commercial operators include guided walking tours, bus tours and four wheel drive tours. Tours vary depending on season and for information on what is available you should contact the local Visitor Information Centre.
If you are feeling adventurous your tour can include canoeing, kayaking, ripple rafting, or a trip up to the snow. Or if you wish to test the mind try photography, gold panning, or learn about the farming activities of the area. The Autumn and Spring Festivals are a great time to experience many of these tours and visit places often not open to the public.
For those interested in antiques and second hand or collectables Bright is a delight.
For those who enjoy getting lost in a maze or mini golf the Bright area has you in mind.
Animals also thrive in the Bright area so why not visit the deer, emu and alpaca farms or buy some trout or salmon from the trout farm.
